Pathogenesis Kickstarter Fulfillment Update - 12th June

We wanted to share an update on fulfillment of games as of June 12th 2017:

Australia / New Zealand: Aetherworks has shipped out all of the games. All backers from AU/NZ should have at least received a shipping email from Aetherworks. If you have not received your game check and make sure you have completed your survey. If you have no game and your survey is complete, then please message us. 

Canada: All backers should now have their games.  If you do not have your game please log in to Kickstarter to make sure you have completed your survey.  If you have no game and your survey is complete, then please message us. 

United States: All games have now been ordered and uploaded to Amazon.com.  If have you have not received your game or your shipping email from Amazon by Friday June 16th please log into Kickstarter and make sure you have completed your survey.  If you have no game and your survey is complete, then please message us.

Europe & everywhere else: GamesQuest in the UK is handling everything else! The pallets of Pathogenesis games are now in the GamesQuest warehouse and will be shipping out to Europe and all other locations by the end of next week. GamesQuest said that shipping verification emails will go out tomorrow, Monday June 12th.  Your games should be on their way!

Damaged Games:  We fully understand that receiving a damaged game is very disappointing and we are sorry if your game was damaged during delivery.  

  • Canada & US:  Please email us photos of the damage and your Amazon shipping confirmation information.  We will request that Amazon send you a new game.
  • Australia/NZ:  Please email us photos of the damage and your Aetherworks shipping confirmation.  We will request that Aetherworks send you a new game.
  • Europe and everywhere else:  GamesQuest will be directly handling customer service and returns for damages.  Please email GamesQuest directly from your shipping email.

Before requesting a new game we ask that you consider the level of damage.  If the internal contents are damaged you definitely need a new game!  If the outer box received only a slight ding, we ask that you consider that we have very few replacement games available.  Priority will be given to the most damaged games first.  We hope there are not that many!
